CAUSES OF EXECUTION OF THE GUARANTEE

The FGD will pay deposit holders the guaranteed amounts of their deposits when any of the following circumstances arise:

1. An order was issued declaring the insolvency procedure of a credit institution and this situation results in suspension of the repayment of the securities or financial instruments, however, not carry out the payment of these amounts if, within the time limit for start disbursement, will be cancel the suspension referred to be declared insolvency procedure.
2. The Central Bank declares that the credit institution cannot, in view of events of which it has become aware, and for reasons directly related to its financial situation, fulfil its obligations to investors.

BENEFICIARIES OF THE GUARANTEE

The beneficiaries of the guarantee are the depositors of the securities and financial instruments, whether they are natural or legal persons. The guarantee is applicable to each depositor regardless of whether a depositor has several deposits or a deposit has several holders.
