Article 25. Legal status of institutional protection systems for the purpose of consideration as consolidated groups of credit institutions.

When the credit institution is treated as a central entity within an institutional system of protection and its nature is different to the rest of the entities comprising the same and it is owned by everyone, the credit institution must be adhere to the Deposit Guarantee Fund which belong to the latter ones.
