On July 15, 2009, the recently created Fund for Ordered Bank Restructuring has been admitted as a member of the Management Company of the Spanish Deposit Guarantee Funds for Credit Institutions, within the framework of article 1.8 of Royal Decree-Law 9/2009, of June 26.
